What is Trackgood?

Trackgood is a software platform that helps businesses track, verify, and communicate the journey of their products through the supply chain. It combines blockchain technology and artificial intelligence to create auditable, tamper-proof records of a product's origins, production steps, and sustainability credentials — and then makes those records accessible to brands, regulators, and end consumers.

The problem Trackgood solves

Most companies struggle to demonstrate genuine supply chain transparency. Their sustainability claims are hard to verify, their supplier data is fragmented across spreadsheets and emails, and new regulations — particularly in the EU — are demanding auditable proof. At the same time, consumers increasingly want to see the story behind the products they buy, but brands lack the tools to deliver this at scale.

Trackgood addresses all three dimensions: internal data management, regulatory compliance, and consumer-facing transparency.

How it works

Brands and their suppliers input supply chain data into the Trackgood platform. Where data is missing or incomplete, Trackgood's AI layer automatically gathers and cross-references information to fill the gaps, reducing the manual burden on suppliers. Once verified, key claims are anchored to the Base blockchain (an Ethereum Layer 2 network) and Arweave (a decentralised permanent storage network), creating an immutable audit trail.

Trackgood then converts this data into readable product journey narratives. Each product can be assigned a QR code or digital link that consumers can scan to see a verified account of where the product came from, how it was made, and what sustainability certifications apply.

Who uses Trackgood

Trackgood is used by brands and manufacturers in food and beverage, apparel, cosmetics, and consumer goods — particularly those selling into European markets where supply chain due diligence legislation applies. It is relevant for any company that needs to comply with regulations such as the EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR), the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD), Germany's Supply Chain Act (LkSG), or France's Duty of Vigilance law.

Key features

  • AI-powered data collection — Automatically gathers and verifies supplier data, filling information gaps without requiring complete voluntary compliance from every tier.
  • Blockchain-anchored records — Immutable provenance records on Base and Arweave make sustainability claims independently verifiable.
  • Digital product passports — QR codes and NFC links on physical products open consumer-facing pages showing the verified product journey.
  • Multi-stakeholder management — A single platform for suppliers, manufacturers, logistics providers, NGOs, auditors, and consumers.
  • EU regulatory compliance mapping — Built-in frameworks for EUDR, CSRD, LkSG, and related due diligence legislation.
  • REST API — Integrates with existing ERP, PIM, and e-commerce systems.
  • Multilingual — Available in English, German, and Italian.

Technology

Trackgood is a cloud-hosted SaaS application. Its blockchain layer uses Base — a low-cost, high-throughput Ethereum Layer 2 network developed by Coinbase — for on-chain record anchoring. Arweave is used for long-term permanent storage of supply chain documents and data. The AI layer handles automated data ingestion, gap detection, and supplier information cross-referencing.
